We are always interested to hear from potential new coaches–experienced and beginners are welcome.Working in football means unsociable hours, however it is a sociable, challenging and rewarding job.You will need to be able to work on Saturdays, Sundays and evenings.
Reliability is essential –an excellent coach who is unreliable is worthless. An average coach who is reliable is priceless in this industry.
We need coaches to help out with teams, which could be on match days as well.Parents with no coaching experience can play a crucial role as team organisers.
Team Organisers:
This is a match day role.
The job is to make sure all children play, that parents are aware of match times and results are reported back. It’s also essential to stay positive at all times.

Coaching Staff
A DBS, first aid and a safeguarding certificate aremandatory. FA Level 1 with Youth mod 1 would be our preferred minimum to coach on your own.
You must be self-employed.
Apart from coaching teams, you may also be asked to coach on a 121 basis.
