We provide 121 coaching for any age and ability – from helping beginners to gain confidence, to enabling talented players to hone their skills to get them to the next level.
Premier Skills Academy also provides 121 coaching as an excellent alternative to the gym. Adults can enjoy getting fit through a series of challenging football-based personal training sessions.

I played youth football for Braintree Town and Dartford FC before completing a soccer scholarship in America. I played in the American college system and also for a club in the USL League Two before returning to Europe to play for Europa Point FC in the Gibraltar Premier League. I play as a centre midfielder and consider myself a technical player, with passing being my strongest attribute.
My experience includes starting out coaching at football camps during school holidays when I was 16. I then volunteered with numerous teams in America, with training and matches. I also spent time working with a youth club in Spain and was able to learn the different coaching philosophies and styles used in different countries.
I have coached on a 121 basis for a few years and enjoy over coming the weaknesses of players and enhancing their strengths, by focusing on their fundamental skills and improving their technical proficiency. I like to help players to find answers for themselves and make the sessions match-specific.

Essex 121 football coaching locations
121 coaching can take place at any of our normal training areas across Hertfordshire and Essex, and we can just as easily come to a location that suits you.
We have portable floodlights to light up whole field areas, so it’s no problem if you want evening sessions during the winter.
Cost
121 coaching costs £40 per 60- to 90-minute session.
You can pay for each session in cash or by bank transfer.
Book as many sessions as you want up front, although booking ahead guarantees availability.
Satisfaction guaranteed
We don’t offer free taster sessions for 121 coaching. But if you didn’t enjoy your first session for any reason, you don’t need to pay.
